1. Dimethyiformamide is primarily used as an industrial solvent. Dimethylformamide solutions are used toprocespolymer fibers, films, and surface coatings; to permit easy spinning of acrylic fibers; to produce wire enamels, andas a crystallization medium in the pharmaceutical industry.
